Sebastian is a cinematographer based in New York. His first narrative feature film, The Dark End of the Street, was an Official Selection at the 2020 DC Independent Film Festival. He also lensed the surf documentary Self Discovery for Social Survival, which was nominated for best surf film by Surfer Magazine, 2019.
Raised between Manhattan and eastern Long Island, he’s channeled his passion for the sea into his work with the America's Cup and the US Olympic Sailing Team.
Commercial clients include Netflix, Calvin Klein, Spotify, Kioti, and Herman Miller.
He is the other half of Vague Pictures, which he runs with his wife, Chelsea. His dog is named Fran.
